 Jocelyn Mathern, R.D. is Technical Specialist for Acatris, a distributor of science-based, nutraceutical ingredients. She is a nutrition and exercise science expert with years of experience in the nutraceutical and functional food arenas. Presently, Jocelyn is responsible for managing industry and consumer education outreach for Acatris' ingredients and has been with the company for over five years. Her expertise encompasses soy isoflavones, flax and fiber research information. Jocelyn received a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and corporate fitness from North Dakota State University.
